HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Flammable Liquid. Can release vapors that form explosive mixtures at temperatures above flash point.
Vapors cause irritation of eyes, nose and throat.
Inhalation may cause toxic symptoms.
Repeated contact may cause allergic skin reaction.

ATTENTION
Keep away from flame, spark and other ignition sources at all time.
Provide thorough ventilation in all areas of use and handling.
Wear safety goggles and gloves; use respiratory equipment in any area of use or handling that lacks thorough ventilation.

FIRST AID MEASURES
Move the victim to the area under fresh air.
If not breathing, give artificial respiration.
Call for prompt medical attention as soon as possible.
Inhalation
Remove contaminated clothing and shoes.
Flush affected areas with large amount of water and soap.
Get medical aid if irritation develops or persists.
Skin contact
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally holding eyelids apart.
Get medical attention.
Eye contact
Ingestion Give 2-4 cupfuls of water or milk.
Get medical aid immediately.
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Use bunding or absorption with inert material (e.g. dry sand, earth) to prevent product from entering drains or surface water.
Ventilate area of leak or spill. Remove all sources of ignition.
Evacuate unnecessary and unprotected personnel.
Contain and recover liquid when possible.
Collect liquid in an appropriate container or absorb with an inert material.
Do not flush to sewer.
For small quantities, wipe off with cloth or paper, and wash with water and detergent.
For large quantities, recover by taking up mechanically or with an inert absorbent material such as waste cloth, dry sand, or earth.
Wash residue with water and detergent.
Follow prescribed procedures for responding to larger spills and reporting to appropriate authorities.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling Workshops should be well ventilated.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid injection and inhalation.
Avoid contact with heat, sparks and flame.
Use proper bonding and grounding procedures to reduce potential for static discharge.
Use spark-proof tools and explosion-proof equipment.
HDI homopolymer reacts slowly with water to form CO2 gas.
This gas can cause sealed container to expand and possibly rupture explosively.
The routine use of neutral or weak acid type of hand cleaner and regular cleaning of working surfaces, gloves, etc. will help minimize the possibility of a skin reaction.
Keep container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area.
Keep away from sources of ignition.
